I have been teaching yoga and Breath-walk a number of years. It brings together the Eastern and Western Healing Arts through the study and practice of Shiatsu, Rebalancing, Thai masssage and many different meditations.
Breath walk is a technology which balances body, mind and spirit.
Through the practice of exercises, alignment, a vitalizing walk, balancing
and integration we will gain refined mental clarity, increased energy level,
mood control and feelings of connectedness.
